IDENTITY THEFT

On Wednesday, Feb. 28, a Longmont resident reported identity theft. This is a courtesy report.

TRESPASS

On Wednesday, Feb. 28, a Longmont resident reported first degree criminal trespass, theft, and criminal mischief. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

SHOPLIFT

On Wednesday, Feb. 28, an employee of a Longmont business reported theft in the 1200 block of South Hover Street. This case is open.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Tuesday, Feb. 27, Longmont Police responded to a domestic incident in the 600 block of Longs Peak Ave. An adult male was arrested.

DISTURBANCE

On Wednesday, Feb. 28, at about 0754 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 5900 block of Blue Mountain Drive on a report of a disturbance. Upon arrival officers placed a juvenile male into protective custody and he was transported to a local hospital.

SEX ASSAULT

On Wednesday, Feb. 28, at approximately 1028 hours the police received a call for service in relation to a sexual assault that occurred sometime between Dec. 31, 2023 and Jan. 1, 2024 in the 1300 block of Dry Creek Drive. The case is under investigation and will be requested to be followed up by the Longmont Detective Division.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Wednesday, Feb. 28, at approximately 1554 hours, Longmont Officers were dispatched to the 1900 block of Ken Pratt Blvd, to a domestic disturbance. 1 adult male was taken into custody for Violation of Protection Order. Cleared by arrest.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION

On Wednesday Feb. 28, Longmont Police Officers were dispatched by the Longmont Emergency Communication Center to the 400 block of S Francis St, in reference to suspicious activity. One female was contacted and transported to Longs Peak Hospital.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Wednesday, Feb. 28, officers responded to the 2700 block of Copper Peak Ln regarding a domestic incident and a report was taken.

HIT AND RUN ACCIDENT

On Friday, Feb. 23, officer responded to a hit and run cash in the 700 block of 21st Ave. The case is under investigation.

MISSING PERSON

On Tuesday, Feb. 27, at approximately 1606 hours, Longmont Officer took a report of a runaway juvenile in the 300 block of S Sunset, Longmont CO. The juvenile was returned home a short time later. Case closed.

BURGLARY

On Tuesday, Feb. 27, officers responded to the 500 block of S Francis St on a burglary. An adult male suspect has been identified and this case is open.

DUI

On Tuesday, Feb. 27, at approximately 2210 hours, Longmont Police initiated a traffic stop in the area of 23rd Ave. and Main St. One male was arrested.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS

On Wednesday, Feb. 28, officers responded to the 600 block of 20th Avenue regarding a criminal trespass. A summons was issued.

DEATH

On Wednesday, Feb. 28, at 0015 hours, Longmont Police responded to the 3800 block of Pike Road for a medical emergency call. One adult male subject deceased from natural causes.

DUI

On Wednesday, Feb. 28, officers initiated a traffic stop on the 1900 block of Main Street. An arrest was made.

BURGLARY

On Wednesday, Feb. 28, Longmont Police took an attempted burglary report in the 900 block of Main St. The suspects caused damage to a delivery door, but failed to gain entry. There are no identified suspects or workable leads at this time.

ASSAULT

On Wednesday, Feb. 28, officers took a report of an assault in the area of 11th Ave/Vivian St. Two juvenile females were contacted.
