FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

A Longmont resident reported first-degree criminal trespass and theft in the 4000 block of Redmond Drive. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

WARRANT ARREST

On Tuesday June 20th, 2023, Longmont Police located and arrested a wanted party in the 1600 block of Emery St.

DUI

On Tuesday, June 20th, 2023, I Officer Cody Tweedy responded to a motor vehicle collision near Vivian Street and 12th Ave. This location is in the City of Longmont, County of Boulder, and State of Colorado. Longmont Emergency Communications Center (dispatch) advised this was an injury accident with one party complaining of head pain.

Upon arrival I found Officer Hartman on location with two vehicles in the intersection with moderate damage. A black in color Kia Sportage was facing east, and a silver in color Nissan pick up truck was facing north. The pick up truck had front end damage and its driver was standing outside the vehicle. The Kia had passenger side damage and its driver was inside an ambulance being assessed.

BURGLARY

On Tuesday June 20th, 2023, Longmont Police responded to a burglary in the 1600 block of E County Line Rd. An adult male was arrested.

TRAFFIC STOP

On 6/20/23 officers stopped a car in the 1800 block of Francis St with no plates. The adult male passenger ran from the vehicle. While placing the male into custody, the adult female drove off in the vehicle. The female has been identified and an arrest warrant will be written. Case will remain open and be referred to detectives.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Tuesday, June 20, 2023, a Longmont Police Officer was dispatched to a Domestic Violence incident that occurred in the 1800 block of 9th Ave. A thirty-seven-year-old female suspect has been identified. Case open as the warrant is pending.

HIT AND RUN ACCIDENT

On 06/20/2023 Officer were dispatched to the area of E Ken Pratt Blvd and 3rd Ave in reference to a crash.

FOLLOW UP

On Tuesday, June 20, 2023, the Longmont Police Department began investigating an adult male for failure to register as a sex offender. The case remains open pending additional follow-up.

AUTO THEFT

A Longmont resident in the 900 block of Ninebark Lane reported the theft of his green, 2017 Subaru Outback station wagon from the driveway of his residence. There are no investigative leads at this time.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Tuesday, 06/20/23, a report was taken reference a criminal trespass that occurred in the 900 block of Francis St. The suspects are unknown.

VICIOUS DOG

A Longmont woman was bit by a dog at 2051 Zlaten Dr. The dog was placed on quarantine in the owner's home.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On June 20th, 2023, officers responded to the 1300 block of Francis to a criminal mischief call. It was found a door lock had been tampered with and damaged. A report was taken, there are no suspect leads at this time.

ASSAULT

A 19-year-old was driving on County Line Road and killed a dog. When he got out of the car to say he was sorry to the owner, an unknown suspect,
white male (possibly 5'5" tall) w/red shirt, chains, red flat-billed hat and possibly a beard ran up to him and yelled "Did you kill his dog?" and when the 19-year-old said yes, his punched the left side of the 19-year-old's chin, causing a visible injury with visible fresh blood. The unknown suspect ran off, northbound, to an unknown location. The owner of the dead dog, who lived in the area, did not recognize the suspect. the 19-year-old requested that a report be taken.

I took a vehicle crash report regarding the dog and an assault report. The 19-year-old refused VRA info because he did not think his injury was that bad. Tthe 19-year-old refused to be seen by EMS.
