FRAUD

A Longmont resident reported theft in the 1500 block of Pratt Way. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

LOST PROPERTY

On March 1, a Boulder resident reported lost property in the 200 block of Lashley Street. This is a courtesy report.

HIT AND RUN ACCIDENT

On Thursday, February 29, at approximately 1536 hours, Longmont Police responded to the intersection of E 3rd Ave. and E Ken Pratt Blvd. on a report of a hit and run traffic crash.

ASSAULT

On March 1, Longmont Police responded to the 600 block of Peck Drive on the report of an assault. An adult male was arrested on assault charges.

AUTO THEFT

On Friday, March 1, a Longmont Police officer took a phone report of an attempted auto theft, which occurred in the 4000 block of Redmond Dr. No suspect(s) leads at this time. This case is closed.

BURGLARY

On Friday, March 1, a Longmont Police officer took a phone report of an attempted burglary, which occurred in the 1100 block of Main St. No suspects at this time. The case is closed.

CHILD

On Friday, March 1, officers took a report of potential child abuse in the 2100 block of Sand Dollar Cir.

THEFT

On March 1, Longmont Police took a report of a theft from the 2000 block of Sunset Way. The case is open.

MISSING PERSON

On Friday, March 1 at approximately 1353 hours police responded to the 2100 block Hackberry Circle in relation to a welfare check, later determined to be a runaway. The juvenile was later found.

BURGLARY

On Friday, March 1 at approximately 1353 hours police responded to the 2100 block Hackberry Circle in relation to a welfare check, later determined to be a runaway and a burglary investigation. The juvenile was later found and charged with burglary, and other charges while he was in custody. 

THEFT

On Friday, March 1, Longmont Police officer took a counter report of a package theft, which occurred in the 200 block of Coffman St. No suspects at this time. This case is open and pending further investigation.

ASSAULT

On Friday, March 1, Longmont PD officers responded to the 2400 block of Airport Rd for a disturbance. An adult male was taken into custody.

SEX ASSAULT

On Friday, March 1, Longmont officers investigated a possible sex assault in the 1400 block of Centennial Dr. This case remains under investigation.

VICIOUS DOG

A Longmont woman was bitten by a loose dog in the area of 18th Ave and Francis St. Animal Control will continue to look for dog and owner to place dog on bite quarantine.

WEAPON 2020

On Friday, March 1 at approximately 1915 hours, officers responded to the 1500 block of Terra Rosa Ave for a weapons offense. An adult male was contacted at a residence and issued a summons.

TRAFFIC STOP

On Friday, March 1, officers with the Longmont Police Department conducted a traffic stop in the 600 block of Main St. An adult female was contacted and arrested on a Larimer County warrant.

DRUG VIOLATION

On February 28, Longmont Police investigated a narcotics complaint in the 1000 block of Button Rock Dr. A juvenile female was referred to the REWIND Program.

DUI

On Friday, March 1, officers conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Emery St and 3rd Ave. One adult male was arrested for DUI. This case is cleared by arrest.

DUI

On Friday, March 1, officers were dispatched to the area of Cowles Ave and East County Line road on the report of a single vehicle crash. An adult male was contacted and arrested for driving under the influence.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On March 1 at approximately 1030 hours an officer was notified of a possible sexual assault against a child that occurred in another jurisdiction. The female juvenile victim was interviewed and the report will be forwarded to another law enforcement agency for further investigation.

TRESPASS

On March 1, Longmont Police investigated a shoplift in the 2200 block of Main St. An adult male was summonsed for theft and drug possession charges and trespassed from the business.

FRAUD

On Friday, March 1, a report was taken in the 2300 Blk. of Provenance St. reference theft of an at risk adult. The case is under investigation.

FOLLOW UP

On Friday, March 1 at around 1400 hours, Longmont Police Department officers responded to the 0000 block of Emery Way reference a stolen vehilce. A report was taken for the incident.

SHOPLIFT

On Friday, March 1, officers with the Longmont Police Department responded to the 200 blk of Ken Pratt Blvd., a male suspect was identified. 3

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS 

On March 1, Longmont Police responded to the 500 block of S. Francis St. on the report of a criminal trespass. One adult female suspect was identified and later located and placed under arrest for burglary and first degree criminal trespass.

SHOPLIFT

On March 1 at around 1630 hours, Longmont Police Department officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of S Hover St reference a shoplift in progress. A female adult was issued a summons for the incident and ultimately placed on a mental health hold.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT 

On March 1, officers with the Longmont Police Department responded to the 2000 blk of Zlaten Dr., on the report of a domestic dispute. A report was taken.
