On Tuesday, October 3, 2023, at approximately 0917 hours, officers contacted an adult male at the Dickens Farm Nature Area. The male had three warrants out of the Firestone police department for his arrest. The male was taken into custody and transported to the Weld County jail. The case is cleared by arrest.

On Tuesday, October 03, 2023, a Longmont Police Officer Alicia Lilly, took a phone report of a cold license plate theft. This incident occurred between September 30, 2023, to October 02, 2023, in the 1400 block of Nelson Rd. No suspects have been identified. This case is closed.
AUTO THEFT
On 100323, officers took a report of an attempted auto theft in the 2400 block of Airport Rd. A report was taken.
MENACING
On 10/03/2023 (Tuesday) at approximately 1239 hours, officers responded to the 2300 block of Main Street on the report of a menacing. One adult male was arrested and transported to the Boulder County Jail.

On Tuesday 10/02/2023 officers responded to a cold domestic incident. A report was filed.

On 10/03/2023, at approximately 2015 hours, officers were dispatched to a possible domestic violence incident in progress in the 2500 block of Airport Rd, City of Longmont, Boulder County, Colorado.
VICIOUS DOG
A loose dog attacked an on-leash dog in the area of E. 17th Ave and E County Line Rd in Longmont, CO. The dog owner was located and issued a court summons.
DISTURBANCE
On 10/02/2023, officers responded to the 700 block of S Martin Street regarding a physical disturbance. A summons was issued.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
On October 2, 2023, officers with the Longmont Police Department responded to the 2700 block of Copper Peak Lane for a report of a criminal mischief. A summons was issued.
AUTO THEFT
On 10/03/2023, officers responded to a call regarding a motor vehicle theft. A report was taken.
DRUG VIOLATION
On Tuesday, October 3, 2023, officers investigated a narcotics complaint in the 1000 block of 1000 Sunset St. A juvenile male was contacted and found to be in possession of narcotics. The male was referred to the REWiND Program.
SEX ASSAULT
On October 3, 2023, a report was received from the Erie Police Department outlining a possible sexual assault that occurred in the City of Longmont approximately five years ago.
OTHER AGENCY ASSIST
On October 3, 2023, at approximately 1625 hours, Longmont officers were dispatched to assist Larimer County in locating a runaway juvenile. Juvenile was returned to her parents and a report was taken.
ATTEMPT TO LOCATE
On October 3rd, 2023, officers responded to the 200 block of Main Street on a wanted felon. An adult male was located and arrested on his warrant.
