Woman shot in Longmont

Around 1:35 p.m. the Longmont Police responded to the 1300 block of Goshawk. The police found a woman who had been shot in her driveway. The woman was taken to a nearby hospital and her condition is unknown. 

A police report stated that a man fled the scene but was later found in Lyons in a white Subaru Outback. Officers pursued the vehicle, deflating its tires and disabling the vehicle. The man was later arrested with the assistance of a Longmont K9 outside of Hygiene. 

According to the report, the man and woman knew each other.
