Majewski is charged with first-degree murder after deliberation, first-degree attempted murder after deliberation and first-degree assault as well as sentence-enhancing charges related to violent crimes, including serious bodily injury and use of a deadly weapon. 

Majewski is being held at the Broomfield Detention Center on one charge of first-degree murder, one charge of attempted first-degree murder and one charge of first-degree assault.
