Project One Roofing celebrates a ribbon cutting with the Longmont Chamber of Commerce

Project One Roofing has been a team of experienced professionals providing roofing services throughout Texas for years, but Tuesday marked the opening of its first Colorado franchise with a ribbon-cutting ceremony in Longmont.

Located at 1321 Sherman Drive, the grand opening celebration was hosted by the Longmont Area Chamber of Commerce. Project One Roofing staff, friends, family members and members of the chamber were all present to help franchise owner Harley Thompson mark the milestone.

“Initially, we looked at opening up in Boulder,” Thompson said, “but then we went twenty minutes up the road to Longmont, and it just felt like home. I’ve loved every minute of being here since my family arrived in January, and we are just so grateful to be in a kind, thoughtful community.”

Project One Roofing first opened its doors in Longmont in February. The company hopes to expand to other Colorado locations soon.

“We have pretty small service areas, but that’s by design. I want to know that I can give someone the kind of service they need as soon as they need it, and I can’t do that if I am 500 miles away,” said Ryan Moore, co-owner of Project One Roofing and based in Texas.

Giving back to the community is part of Project One’s values. The company has previously sponsored numerous local charity events, fun runs and races.

“These are our neighbors, and this is the place where we work and live with our families. It’s important to not just do business here, but to really be a part of things in meaningful ways,” Thompson said.

Project One Roofing prides itself on using premium materials and providing the best service to customers with a high degree of price transparency.

“We want our customers to understand the process and leave knowing what needs to be done and what it will cost them,” Thompson said. “Communication is a huge part of what we do, and we treat everyone like family.”

Project One Roofing in Longmont provides both residential and commercial services. The company has multiple industry certifications and accreditations and boats an A rating with the Better Business Bureau.
