The Broomfield Chamber of Commerce has hired a new membership director to work with the community, engage with members and manage sales, the organization announced this week.
Recent University of New Mexico graduate Jordan Meadows has experience in building community relationships through years in banking, retail management and being active in Albuquerque’s hockey community, Chamber officials wrote in a news release.
"Working for a non-profit organization, and using my acquired skills and education to help my community, has been a career goal of mine,” Meadows said in a statement. “I am really looking forward to all of the people and businesses I will get to know, and help, through the Broomfield Chamber of Commerce."
Chamber President Pat Monacelli said Meadows has the background needed to build and maintain relationships with Chamber members.
“He has a great customer relations background and a great background for generating new business, and that’s really what we were looking for, plus he’s a great guy,” Monacelli said. “We think he’s going to be a great fit for our community.”
