The Broomfield Police Department reports police activity through a community crime map. The following reports include information gathered from the crime map and obtained by the Leader from the department.

  • Someone stole a purse from a shopping cart at King Soopers on May 7 in the 2300 block of 136th Avenue. 
  • Someone stole license plates from a parking lot on May 8 in the area of Amesbury Street. 
  • Someone tried to steal a catalytic converter on May 9 from a parking lot in the 7900 block of Transit Way. 
  • Police responded to reports of an assault related to a family disturbance on Wednesday in the 1000 block of Ninth Avenue. 
  • A store was broken into and glass window shattered Wednesday at a convenience store in the 400 block of Colo. 7.
  • Someone broke a car window Thursday in the area of Varra Drive.
