Broomfield police report, Sept. 23, 2022

One person was arrested Tuesday in the 8000 block of Arista Place after assaulting someone with a skateboard.

The Broomfield Police Department reports police activity through a community crime map. The following reports include information gathered from the crime map and obtained by the Leader from the department.

  • Someone broke into a vehicle Sunday in the 1400 block of Shannon Drive and stole about $1,000 in property. 
  • A 2007 GMC Sierra was stolen Monday while parked in front of a business in the 7200 block of 118th Place. 
  • Someone broke into a vehicle Monday while it was parked in front of Goodwill in the 4700 block of 121st Avenue and stole a transponder. 
  • Officers responded to a report of menacing Monday at a home in the 2800 block of Midway Boulevard. It was a disturbance between roommates and one man was arrested. 
  • Someone stole $6,500 while pretending to be a public defender as part of a scam Tuesday in the 1300 block of Madero Street. 
  • One person was arrested Tuesday in the 8000 block of Arista Place after assaulting someone with a skateboard. 
  • An iPhone was stolen from a window ledge at the Broomfield Combined Courthouse Wednesday. 
  • License plates were stolen from the front of vehicles Sunday in the 11500 block of Destination Drive and Tuesday in the 100 block of Edgeview Drive.
