Beginning Wednesday, Coffman Street between Sixth and Longs Peak avenues will be closed.
The city of Longmont is replacing a water main in the area. Work hours are 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. through Friday.
Detours will be available in the area. Those traveling northbound on Coffman Street will be detoured west to Terry Street. Southbound travelers will be detoured west to Terry Street or east to Main Street.
No street parking will be allowed within the 600 block of Coffman during construction.
