Ziggi’s Coffee’s Francis Street location is closing as the franchise prepares to open two more locations in Longmont.

After over a decade at 1139 Francis St., the owners said in a press release that the decision to close the establishment was not an easy one. Wonder Press, an organic cold-pressed juice and wellness cafe, will be moving into the Francis Street location to continue using the space as a gathering place for locals.

Ziggi’s founders Brandon and Camris Knudsen expressed their gratitude to the community for allowing them to be a prominent place in the neighborhood.

"We are sad to say goodbye to our Francis Street location, but we are thrilled to be handing the keys over to Wonder Press," Brandon Knudsen said in the release. "Robyn Cronin and Brooke Jordan, the owners of Wonder Press, are passionate entrepreneurs with a deep commitment to the community. They will bring a fresh perspective and continue the legacy of providing exceptional products and service in this space."

Ziggi’s is also planning two new Longmont locations, set to open in early 2024. The new location at East Ken Pratt Boulevard and Fairview Street will be a drive-thru only, while the location at Clover Basin Drive and Airport Road will be both a drive-thru and cafe location.

The Francis Street Ziggi’s will close its doors Tuesday.

"We know Ziggi's has been a staple in this community, but we are excited about the future of Wonder Press in this space," Cronin said. "Longmont is a vibrant community, and we believe Wonder Press will bring even more life to this neighborhood. We are committed to continuing the warm and welcoming environment that Ziggi's Coffee has built, and we look forward to serving the community with our organic cold-pressed juices and wellness offerings."
