A story time with crafts at the Longmont Library is taking on a winter theme this week.
The "Craft Storytime: Make Your Own Snowman" will take place Thursday, Dec. 21 from 10 to 11 a.m. at the library at 409 Fourth Ave.
"This week, we'll be making snowmen and reading books about snow," the library said in a news release.
"Join Librarian Kate for a special craft storytime! We’ll listen to stories, sing songs, and make a special craft each month."
Storytime is open to all ages, but the crafting portion is best for preschoolers ages 3 to 5.
Story time takes place in the library meeting rooms.
