Longmont rent price trends above state and national average

Rent trends in Longmont have trended up by 0.4%.

Over the last 12 months, Longmont’s rent growth has out paced state and national averages.

Rent trends over the past year in Colorado have trended downward at -0.6%. The national average has gone down by -1.2%. However, rent trends in Longmont have trended up by 0.4%.

The overall median rental price in Longmont is around $1,675, which is roughly the same as October rates, according to Apartment List.

Although rent trends are higher, Longmont rent growth is pacing below 2022 trends. Between January and October 2022, rent had increased 5.8%. This year it has increased by 3.2%
