Domestic Incident

On Friday, June 30, 2017, Longmont Police took an informational report of a domestic incident that occurred in the 900 block of Grandview Meadows Dr. This report is for information only and will be Closed.

On Friday, June 30, 2017, at about 7:48 PM Officers responded to the 4100 block of Arezzo Drive on a 911 hang-up. After investigation, a 20 year old female was taken into custody on a domestic related incident.

Traffic Stop

On Friday, June 30, 2017,at approximately 9:24pm, officers conducted a traffic stop near 18th Avenue and Sunset Street. An adult female is suspected of driving under restraint. The case is open.

Arson

On Friday, June 30, 2017, the Longmont Police Department investigated a criminal mischief in the 600 block of 9th Avenue. An adult male is suspected of causing damage to a vehicle belonging to a 27 year old female. This case is under investigation.

Warrant Arrest

On Friday, June 30, 2017, at approximately 10:50pm, police responded to the 900 Longs Peak Avenue in relation to a domestic incident. An adult male was arrested on warrants. The case is cleared by arrest.

On Thursday June 29, 2017 at approximately 1:49pm, Officer's responded to the 500 block of Main St for the report of a trespass. An arrest was made. This case is closed.

Theft

On Wednesday, June 28, 2017, Longmont Police responded to the 1600 block of Main St on the report of a theft. A report was taken. This case is closed due to lack of suspect information.

A Longmont resident in the 4500 block of Nelson Road reported the theft of her vehicle's rear license plate while the vehicle was parked in the driveway of her residence. The case status is closed due to lack of suspect information.

On Friday, June 30, 2017, at approximately 7pm, Longmont Police investigated a report of a cold theft in the 600 block of Peck Drive. Multiple juveniles were identified. The victim declined prosecution, therefore this case will be exceptionally cleared.

On Friday, June 30, 2017, Officers responded to a report of a theft of license plates in the 2200 block of E Ken Pratt Blvd. The case is closed.

Drug Violation

On Wednesday, June 28, 2017 at approximately 10:36pm, officers contacted an adult male in the area of Sumac Street and Sumac Place. The male was in possession of marijuana extract. The case is open.

Attempt to Locate

On Thursday June 29, 2017, Longmont Police arrested a male subject, in the 400 block of Martin Street, for forgery, child abuse and resisting arrest. Case cleared by arrest.

Animal Complaint

A Longmont woman was bitten by a dog when she was trying to keep it from attacking her dog in the area of 6th & Lashley. Dog was quarantined and owner issued a summons.

Injury Accident

On Thursday, June 29, 2017, at approximately 9:27pm, the Longmont Police Department investigated an auto vs pedestrian crash at 23rd Ave and Main St. One juvenile female was issued a summons for careless driving causing injury. Case cleared by arrest.

Curfew/Juvi Problem

On Friday, June 30, 2017, at approximately 1:29am police conducted an extra patrol in the 900 block Longs Peak Avenue. An adult male was issued a summons for being in a park after hours. The case is cleared by arrest.

DUI

On Friday, June 30, 2017, at approximately 2:16am, the Longmont Police Department conducted a traffic stop near Ken Pratt Blvd. and S. Pratt Pkwy. One adult male was arrested for felony DUI without incident. Case cleared by arrest.

Protection Order

On Friday, June 30, 2017, the Longmont Police Department investigated a protection order violation which occurred in the 600 block of 9th Avenue. A 22 year old male had been living with a 43 year old male in violation of an active protection order. This case is open.

Welfare Check

On Friday, June 30, 2017, at approximately 6:30am, officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of 15th Ave on a welfare check of a juvenile female. She was later taken into protective custody and transported to the Hospital. This case is closed.

Fraud

A Longmont resident in the 2900 block of Dunes Court reported being the victim of a scam in which he was directed to deposit money into an account owned by a person unknown to him. The case remains open pending additional follow-up.

A Longmont resident in the 2800 block of 15th Avenue reported an incident of forgery. The case remains open pending additional follow-up.

Identity Theft

A Longmont resident in the 1700 block of Meadow Street reported an incident of identity theft. The case status is closed due to jurisdictional issues.

Criminal Mischief

On Friday, June 30, 2017, at approximately 2pm hours, Officers of the Longmont Police Department took a report of a criminal mischief that occurred in the 1800 block of Stroh Pl. This case is closed.

On Friday, June 30, 2017, at approximately 4:30pm, Officers of the Longmont Police Department responded to the 2100 block of Hackberry Cir. in response to a disturbance. An adult female was arrested for criminal mischief and child abuse. This case is cleared by arrest.

Sex Assault

On June 22, 2107, the Longmont Police were notified of a cold sexual assault on a child. The investigation has been assigned for follow-up.

Child

On Friday, June 30, 2017, Officers responded to the 400 block of 4th Ave. on a report of a child that was left alone. An adult female was issued a summons for child abuse and the case is cleared by arrest-summons issued.

Shoplift

On June 30, 2017, Longmont Police responded to the report of a shoplifting in the 500 block of S Hover St. A report was taken. This case is closed due to lack of suspect information.
