Police Report: September 10, 2017

DUI On Saturday 090917 at approximately 2335 hours, the Longmont Police Department responded to a report of a possible drunk driver in the 200 block of S Main St. One adult male was arrested for DUI without incident. Case cleared by arrest.

DUI

On Saturday 090917 at approximately 2335 hours, the Longmont Police Department responded to a report of a possible drunk driver in the 200 block of S Main St. One adult male was arrested for DUI without incident. Case cleared by arrest.

DUI

On Sunday, September 10th, 2017, Longmont Officers responded to the 1100 block of Francis on an accident. One adult female was taken into custody. Case cleared by arrest.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Sunday, November 10, 2017 Longmont Police took a report of vehicle break in on hi in the 400 block of Elliott St. Three juveniles were arrested for the crime. Case cleared by arrest.

On Sunday, September 10th, 2017, Longmont Officers responded to the 500 block of Hilltop St in reference to a first degree trespass. A report was taken. Case closed.

AUTO THEFT

On Sunday (09-10-19) at approximately 0830 hours, officers received a report of a stolen motor vehicle that occurred in the 1400 block of S. Collyer St.. Due to the lack of suspect information this case is closed.

 THEFT

On Sunday, 09-10-2017, Longmont Police received a report of a theft of a license plate from the 2700 blk of Nelson Rd. There is no suspect information and the case will be closed.

ASSAULT

On Sunday, September 10, 2017 at approximately 1020 hours Longmont Police Officers investigated a disturbance in the 100 block of E Longs Peak Ave. The disturbance was between two adult males. One male assaulted the other. Upon Officers contacting the suspect and advising him he was under arrest. He resisted arrest and was subsequently tased. He was transported to a medial facility prior to being transported to the Boulder County Jail where he was entered on the charges of assault in the third degree, resisting arrest and obstructing a police officer.

THEFT

On Sunday, 09/10/17 at approximately 1130 hours, an officer took a report of a theft that occurred in the 700 block of Rees Ct. There is no suspect information at this time. This case is closed.

THEFT

On Sunday, 09/10/17 at about 1700 hours, Officers with the Longmont Police Department responded to the 500 block of S. Hover Street for the report of a theft. Two suspects were apprehended. One suspect was later transported to the Boulder County Jail. The other was released with a referral to restorative justice. Case closed by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 09/10/17 at 1702 hrs. Longmont Police Officers responded to the 400 block of Homestead Pkwy. reference a disturbance involving a suicidal party. The case was cleared with an arrest.

LOST PROPERTY

On 09/09/17 at 1522 hrs a Longmont Police Officer took a lost property report. The case is closed.

ASSAULT

On 09/09/17 1430 hrs. a Longmont Police Officer took a criminal mischief report. the case is closed.

DEATH

On 09/09/17 at 1537 hrs. Longmont Police Officers responded to 2300 block of Steppe Dr. on a death investigation. The case is closed.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF 

On 09/09/17 at 1818 hrs. a Longmont Police Officer took a criminal mischief report by phone. The case is closed.

On Saturday 09/09/2017 at approximately 2155 hours police responded to the zero hundred block 3rd Avenue in relation to a Domestic Violence Harassment. An adult male was later arrested. The case is cleared by arrest.

On 09/10/17, officers responded to the 400 block of Elliott St on the report of males breaking into cars. Multiple cars were found to have been entered. Three juvenile males were contacted and placed into custody. This case is cleared by arrest.

THEFT

On September 10, 2017 Officers took a report of a theft on the 2200 block of Main Street. Case is closed for insufficient suspect information.

WARRANT ARREST

On Sunday, September 10, 2017 at about 1530 hours Longmont Police contacted a vehicle in the 1700 block of Main Street for no plates. The driver, an adult male, was arrested on an active Boulder County warrant, attempt to influence a public official, and several traffic offenses. The male was transported to the Boulder County Jail. Case cleared by arrest.

FRAUD

On Sunday, September 10, 2017 at approximately 1705 hours, the Longmont Police Department investigated a report of a possible Elder Abuse. This case is open and has been referred to Detectives.

ANIMAL COMPLAINT

On September 10, 2017 Officers were dispatched to the 2400 block of Sherri Mar St in reference to animal cruelty. A report was taken and referred to Animal Control for follow up.

On September 10, 2017, the Longmont Police Department responded to a vehicle trespass in the area of E. Longs Peak Ave and Meeker Street. Three juveniles were arrested for several vehicle trespasses in the area. This case is cleared by arrest.
